Diana Liston
Property Supervisor
Diana Liston has joined The Saywitz Company’s property management group, as a property supervisor. Her role with the company will be to oversee the day to day aspects of the property management group for the company. This will include overseeing the Company’s investment portfolio throughout Orange and Los Angeles Counties. Diana comes to The Saywitz Company with more than 15 years of experience in property management and real estate. Her previous experience includes roles with Decron, Fairmont Management, JH Real Estate and Anza Management. Diana is a resident of Orange County and currently resides in Fullerton. She enjoys family time, outdoor activities, dancing and travel.
Fernando Medina
Property Supervisor
Fernando Medina comes to The Saywitz Company with more than 10 years of property management experience. His previous history with Biltmore Properties and Royal Property Management in Orange County will prove to be assets to The Saywitz Company’s property management team. Fernando’s previous experience as an on-site manager, property manager, property supervisor and regional manager will allow him to assist the company’s growing property management group in dealing with the day-to-day operations of our portfolio, our properties and our residents. Fernando is a lifelong resident of Southern California, currently resides in Orange, is multilingual in English and Spanish and enjoys outdoor activities, travel and spending time with family.
Kevin Huebner
Director of Construction & Maintenance
Kevin Huebner comes to The Saywitz Company with more than 25 years in the real estate and construction field. He has a vast background in property management, construction supervision, and project management, as well as construction management, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering. His role at the company is to oversee the construction division, which includes construction management, renovations, maintenance, and turnover for the company’s portfolio of multifamily and commercial properties throughout Southern California. Kevin is originally from Chicago and currently resides in Huntington Beach.
Olivia Tarlow
Property Management & Leasing
Olivia Tarlow comes to The Saywitz Company with more than 5 years of commercial real estate experience. She is a licensed real estate agent in the State of California and has vast experience in commercial leasing, property management and customer service. She also has a strong history of sales and account management. Her role with The Saywitz Company will be to interface with the Property Management Division and is actively involved in leasing, property management and customer coordination. She currently resides in Huntington Beach with her daughter and enjoys outdoor activities, going to the beach and traveling with her daughter.
Mia Enahi
Property Management & Maintenance Coordinator
Mia Enahi is a graduate of Cal State Long Beach with an Associate’s Degree in Psychology she is also a graduate of College of the Canyons with a degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences. She comes to The Saywitz Company with experience in customer service and her role with the company is to interface with the company’s maintenance and construction division to coordinate with tenants, vendors, and in-house staff for maintenance, repairs, and construction at the company’s managed portfolio. She is also integral in the company’s customer service program. She currently resides in Garden Grove and enjoys travel, wine tasting, going to the beach and doing musical activities.
