Barry Saywitz, president of The Saywitz Company, founded the CORE Network in 1996. Today the CORE Network has grown to become an international provider of commercial real estate services with unparalleled technology, market coverage and exponential growth. In 1996, Mr. Saywitz found that his own company was providing real estate services to a number of clients throughout the country and was looking for a vehicle to be able to provide these services by utilizing business partners in the various markets for local market expertise. After careful review of other national service providers and other national affiliations Mr. Saywitz formulated the business plan to incorporate the positive aspects of each of those competitor organizations to design the platform for The CORE Network. The CORE Network is a mutual benefit non-profit corporation, which is structured similar to that of the National Football League. The umbrella organization is not for profit, however all the companies within organization are separately run as profitable entities; just as each of the individual teams within the NFL strive to earn a profit. Each of the individual affiliates utilizes the organization for combined purchasing power, technology, access to information and for business referral purposes to service their clients needs across the country.
The CORE Network started with The Saywitz Company in California, in 1996 and today boasts more than 80 real estate firms across the country with more than 100 offices nationwide. The CORE Network transacted more than 35 billion dollars in real estate transactions in the last 12 months and has been named as one of the largest commercial real estate brokerage organization in the country.
The Saywitz Company continues to play an active roll in referring business to its affiliates throughout the country and at the same time providing quality local market expertise for its clients around the country. Mr. Saywitz has served as Chairman of this elite and prestigious worldwide organization. He has been named as a finalist for the Ernst and Young "Entrepreneur Of The Year Award" for his efforts in founding and developing The CORE Network organization. |
